These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Garantak platform operated by Ahmet Burak Sevinç ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Garantak, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Garantak is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for service and warranty management. It allows businesses to track service records, manage customers, and share warranty information with end users.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use Garantak. By using the platform you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at info@buraksevinc.dev.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the platform
  • Use the platform to send unsolicited communications (spam)

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy and, for Turkish residents, our KVKK Disclosure. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any personal data you enter about third parties (your customers) is handled lawfully.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Garantak platform (software, design, trademarks) belong to Ahmet Burak Sevinç. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for its intended purpose.

7. Availability and Changes

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time with reasonable prior notice where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Istanbul courts and enforcement offices.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Bu Kullanım Koşulları, Ahmet Burak Sevinç tarafından işletilen Garantak platformuna erişiminizi ve kullanımınızı düzenler. Hesap oluşturarak veya Garantak'ı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

1. Hizmet Tanımı

Garantak, servis ve garanti yönetimi için bir yazılım hizmetidir (SaaS). İşletmelerin servis kayıtlarını takip etmelerine, müşterilerini yönetmelerine ve garanti bilgilerini son kullanıcılarla paylaşmalarına imkân tanır.

2. Kullanım Koşulları

  • Platformu yalnızca yasal amaçlarla kullanmayı kabul edersiniz.
  • Hesap güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz; yetkisiz erişimi derhal bildirmelisiniz.
  • Üçüncü kişilere ait kişisel verileri platforma girerken ilgili mevzuata (KVKK vb.) uygun hareket etmek sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.

3. Fikri Mülkiyet

Garantak platformuna ilişkin tüm fikri mülkiyet hakları Ahmet Burak Sevinç'e aittir. Size yalnızca platformu amacına uygun kullanmak için sınırlı, devredilemez bir lisans verilmektedir.

4. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği azami ölçüde, platformun kullanımından doğabilecek dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamayız. Toplam sorumluluğumuz, talepten önceki 12 ay içinde ödediğiniz tutarı aşamaz.

5. Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir.
